Super Typhoon Karen May Hit Philippines








Filipino people are being warned of the coming super typhoon Karen. PAGASA stated that the said typhoon has maintained its strength and its the direction crossed East Philippine Sea before noon today Friday.

Karen has an estimated 740 km East of Aparri of Cagayan 10am with sustained winds of 185 kph of its center and gustiness of 220 kph.

As explained by weather forecasters that Karen is noted as a "super typhoon" because of its strong impact to the affected area that is of 220 kph hit. It is also known that typhoon Karen is called as an "Annular Typhoon" which is because of its symmetrical shape of its eye indicating that it is very strong and will last longer than the rest of typhoons we have experienced.

With the flooding that happened in Manila and caused serious of damage to health and properties let us all head to this warning and be safe!
