It was discussed that Billy had to go back to France for the revival of his career as a singer there. He stayed there for more or less 4 months.
Billy is a regular at TV shows like ASAP and It's Showtime and was not seen for quite awhile. A lot must have been wondering on why this suddenly happened.
Billy explained, “Productive naman yung punta ko doon. At babalik pa rin ako doon. There’s no date yet, pero babalik ako for the promotion of the album. Everything that I had to do in France, it was perfect, all good," on an interview done for Hero (Help Educate and Rear Orphans) a press conference.
Billy went back to France to do an album which was successfully done and will come back to the said country though there was not definite time when he will go back. He further added that he felt so very nervous going back to France as he was afraid how the people would accept him since he was gone for quite awhile.
He was relived and was so very happy that fans meet him up at the airport and he was warmly welcomed.
He added,“Of course (kinakabahan), kahit naman saan ka pumunta. Kahit umuwi ka dito sa Pilipinas, trying to get back in the rhythm of being in showbiz, performing again. Syempre, mahirap at hindi madali. Nakakatakot kasi hindi mo alam ang tanggap sa iyo ng mga tao, especially that I’m older than before. It’s just a little difficult and shaky at first. Pero after awhile, you get adjusted.”
He further explained that his fans in France continues to connect with him but not is Facebook or Twitter but using " Instagram". He says that he prefers using the later as he is fond of sharing photos.
