Philippine Policemen Asked TO Trim Down Body Weight








General Bartolome heads the Philippine National Police (PNP) last Thursday the start-off activity for the Weight Loss Management Program that  addresses the matter of being obese for the PNP personnel at PNP Transformation Oval.

The athletic activity is directed below the Mabuhay Ka Pulis! Program launched for  March 20.  The advocacy tries to re-introduce, re-inform and re-form our health routine for a healthy way of life.
The program conjointly offers PNP personnel a perspective that there was a lot of concerning health apart from physical exercises. These aspects of health had to be rekindled so as to succeed in their potential because the best public servants, Bartolome said.    
    
The PNP, being one in every of the community-based agencies, should be remodeled physically, psychologically, mentally, socially and spiritually healthy since they need the foremost involvement within the community.
