The MMDA officer Saturnino Fabros whom at that time was busy attending to traffic as a lot of vehicles are jammed where he is situated. It was such a very unexpected happening that even the poor traffic officer was helpless of the assault he never realized would happen to him.
As the news explained and hearing Saturnino Fabros side on what happened he detailed that he was busy directing traffic and noticed a car just passed by him even if he asked them to stop. Fabros came into the car of the man but instead of explaining nicely on why it happened the poor guy was instead hit in the face a lot of times making him not understand why he is being treated that way when he was doing his job well.
The good thing though is that this incident was caught on video and cause people to go wild, defend, feel bad and even cursed on the said man who mauled him.
A certain Robert Blair Carabuena whom is known to be an executive of a known cigarette company. He works as there recruitment executive. He is the guy who mauled the poor traffic officer because he think he is right and will always be right.
Meanwhile, Saturnino Fabros received a lot of blessings of this unlikely event which includes having his house redone from a very poorly made one. He has all of the peoples sympathy and we are all behind and even in front of him waving disgust over this horrifying incident.
On the other hand this rich so called guy Robert Blair Carabuena seems to self disperse as he won't be able to take all of the people around him feel disgust and hatred over his mauling of the poor man. A case was filed by MMDA of what he has done. He even showed in media asking for forgiveness to Fabros but all of this was not making the Fabros family feel the genuine forgiveness they are hoping he somehow knew how to ask.
A lot of the Philippine celebrities also had their share of reactions on this.

On some youtube account you will feel so much outburst with people saying a lot of things like....
"natatakot ka na may manakit sa'yo, pero nung nanakit ka naisip mo ba na masakit ang ginawa mo... dapat sa'yo wag ng bigyan ng lisensya ng maranasan mo ang hirap... hindi nyo kayang pigilan ang social networks... nakatulong pa nga na umusad ung kaso... kahit saan ka magpunta hindi ka namin tatantanan", says jrkrugger

There are even talks that because of social media outburst of this incident Fabros might be in danger since Carabuena is on a hot spot in which everything is at stake. He was also suspended by Phillip Morris. He will eventually loose his license for good. He has a case to face from now on. He has no respect from whomsoever he sees and I bet even his staff and co workers feels an outburst of disgust on him as well. I just hope that this guy learns his lesson well and he deserves all of this since he is not human. It is not an excuse that if you are well off, rich, politician, a famous celebrity that you look down on other because you feel your might. Sometimes rather most often humility is best.
