Family, friends,colleagues and supporters gathered in his hometown in Naga city that time along with other government institutions who are hoping that he his still alive and can be found. A yellow ribbon was tied outside the secretary's house to signify hope and also to commemorate of the late Ninoy Aquino's death.
Now all of the prayers were answered though the sad thing is that Secretary Robredo's body has been found but he is already dead. As of yesterday the different offices like PNP, DILG and other government offices had their flag half mast to give respect to the undeniably one of a kind man of kindness and humility.
The bodies of Captain Bahinting and the co pilot is still being taken out of the Masbate waters where the plane crashed.
I have known a lot of good things from this man. It is very depressing to know how he has done a lot of good things yet when he was put into the position of being the DILG secretary many people opposed. It is really quite ironic how some people judge others when we have the best of the people who serves our President. I am in an awe and so privilege even if it so happen that I have known this man too late. I hope people who are in the government would follow his footsteps and learn from his deeds.
I salute our President for his efforts into helping out a trusted comrade, friend on this difficult times and never did he lose hope into finding him. For this my respect as well goes to our dear President Noynoy.
